You have a choice of how your purchase is sent out to you. Under the new postal rates and sizes this is auomatically worked out per item, by weight and size.

PLEASE NOTE: If you choose not to select "Signed for Recorded Delivery" you will be solely responsible for the goods once they leave our premises. We will on posting, obtain a Proof of Posting certificate. In the event of your goods not being delivered we will contact the Royal Mail for you. Obtaining compensation will be your responsibility.
On items worth over £50.00 these are sent by Recorded Mail or Courier by default.

We do not sell outside of the UK.

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of cleared payment. If there is a delay with your order we will contact you.

Goods ordered on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday weekend will not be able to be delivered until the following Tuesday at the earliest.

RETURNS:

We will accept all unused and unopened ticketed items which are returned to us by way of faulty workmanship.
If you have purchased the wrong product please contact us before returning as you will need a returns number.
All returns must have a return number.
Postage for returns is payable by the customer.
