CONTINUOUS INK SUPPLY SYSTEM
What is a CISS?
It is basically a system that stores the inks for your printer outside of the case.
The ink is transfered into the printer by tubing and to the printer head by a replica cartridge for your printer.
This allows for a much greater quantity of ink to be available to the printer which means less refills for you.
There is a considreable saving to be made.
As there is a far greater quantity of ink over that which is held in a normal ink cartridge it is much cheaper
to produce and therefore much cheaper for you.
In addition you can buy refill bottles for each colour and fill them as they are needed.
You do not have to throw away a cartridge that has only run out of one colour.
If you use more ink than is usual ie colour photographs a CISS can save you substantial amounts of money.
